As of May 28, 2026, Ukraine’s fuel market remains relatively stable, although some gas station networks have recorded minor changes in gasoline, diesel, and LPG prices. According to data from the A-95 Consulting Group, the average price of A-95 gasoline stands at approximately UAH 75.97 per liter, premium A-95+ at UAH 79.57 per liter, diesel fuel at UAH 86.78 per liter, and LPG at UAH 46.58 per liter.
The highest fuel prices continue to be recorded at premium networks such as OKKO, WOG, and SOCAR. Standard A-95 gasoline at these stations costs around UAH 79.90 per liter, while premium gasoline and diesel products range from UAH 82 to over UAH 92 per liter depending on the fuel category. Meanwhile, state-owned and discount operators such as Ukrnafta and BRSM-Nafta continue to offer the most affordable prices. At Ukrnafta, A-95 gasoline is priced from UAH 74.90 per liter, diesel fuel at UAH 86.90 per liter, and LPG at UAH 45.90 per liter.
Market analysts note a gradual decline in diesel and LPG prices, while the gasoline segment shows only minor fluctuations. One of the main reasons remains volatility in global oil markets, which continue to react to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and potential risks to shipping through the Strait of Hormuz. At the same time, Ukraine’s fuel market continues to maintain a balance between imported supplies and domestic demand.
Consumers also continue to benefit from the government-backed “National Cashback” program, which partially compensates fuel expenses. Participants can currently receive up to 15% cashback on diesel purchases, up to 10% on gasoline, and up to 5% on LPG at participating fuel station networks. Experts believe significant price spikes are unlikely in the coming weeks, although developments on global oil markets will remain the key factor influencing fuel prices in Ukraine.
