The “Agrokebety” educational initiative has announced the launch of an accelerated training program for technical specialists in the agricultural sector. The project is designed to prepare modern engineering professionals capable of working with agrotechnologies, automated systems, and advanced farming equipment. The initiative responds to the growing shortage of qualified technical personnel across the industry.
According to the organizers, today’s agricultural businesses require not only agronomists but also specialists in technical maintenance, mechatronics, digital management systems, and precision farming technologies. The program combines intensive theoretical education with hands-on training at agricultural enterprises and practical work on real business cases.
A strong emphasis is placed on cooperation with industry partners. Representatives of agricultural holdings, machinery manufacturers, and service companies are directly involved in the educational process, allowing the curriculum to reflect current market demands. Experts believe this approach will reduce the adaptation period for young professionals entering the workforce and improve operational efficiency in agriculture.
Participants will gain practical experience with modern agricultural technologies, including GPS navigation, automated control systems, and digital machinery monitoring. Industry analysts note that strengthening technical education is becoming one of the key factors supporting the competitiveness of Ukraine’s agricultural sector amid the global transformation of labor markets.
